Garlic prawn pappardelle in a bag

Ingredients : 


300g pkt Coles Fresh Pappardelle Pasta

150g (1/2 cup) Coles Sundried Tomato Pesto

60ml (1/4 cup) thickened cream

40g baby spinach

220g pkt Coles Garlic Prawns in a Garlic Herb Marinade

Lemon wedges, to serve


Method Steps : 


Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until just al dente. Drain and return to the pan. Add the sundried tomato pesto and cream and toss until coated.


Cut 4 x 30cm squares of baking paper. Divide the pasta mixture among paper squares, arranging in the centre. Top each with the spinach and prawns. Fold 2 sides of paper over the filling to enclose. Tuck remaining sides under to seal. Transfer to a baking tray.


Bake for 12 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through. Place each parcel on a serving plate. Carefully open parcels. Serve with lemon wedges.
