Air fryer pancakes
40 Min Prep / 35 Min Cook / 6 Serving
Ingredients :
2 cups self-raising flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
500ml (2 cups) milk
2 eggs, lightly whisked
40g butter, melted, plus extra to grease
Mixed berries, to serve
Maple syrup, to serve
Method Steps :
Place the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the milk and egg. Stir, gradually incorporating the flour, until a smooth batter forms. Add the butter and stir until well combined. Set aside for 30 minutes to allow the batter to develop.
Grease a 18cm (base) round cake pan with butter. Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan. Air fry at 180C for 8 minutes or until light golden. Turn out onto a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 pancakes.
Serve pancakes with mixed berries and maple syrup.
