One-pan baked pulled pork tacos

Ingredients : 


12 hard taco shells

250g pkt Coles Slow Cooked Pulled Pork

420g can Coles Black Beans, drained, rinsed

240g jar Coles Mexican Sauce

120g (1 1/2 cups) Coles Shredded Tasty Cheese

1 tomato, finely chopped

125g can Coles Corn Kernels, drained

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves

2 tbsp lime juice

65g (1/4 cup) Coles Creamy Chipotle Topping


Method Steps : 


Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced.


Place taco shells, standing upright, in a large baking dish. Fill shells with pork, beans, Mexican sauce and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese all over dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and pork has heated through.


Meanwhile, combine tomato, corn, coriander and lime juice in a bowl. Season.


Top shells with chipotle topping and tomato mixture. Serve.
