Air fryer quesadilla cones

Ingredients :
270g (1 1/2 cups) chopped barbecue chicken
300g jar Coles mild tomato salsa
1 small red capsicum, finely chopped
125g can corn kernels, drained
280g pkt Coles street tortilla wraps (10 pack)
200g (2 1/2 cups) grated
Method Steps :
Combine the chicken, salsa, capsicum and corn in a large bowl. Working with 1 tortilla at a time, roll into a cone shape. Use a toothpick to secure the join on the side. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Sprinkle a little cheese into cones. Add about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture to each cone. Add a little more cheese on top at the high side. Spray cones with oil.
Line the air fryer basket with a sheet of baking paper, leaving a gap around the edges so air can circulate. Place cones onto paper (about 3 at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer). Cook at 180C for 5 minutes or until heated through. Lift out and cool slightly, then remove toothpicks and serve.
