Garlic bread pepperoni pizzas

Ingredients : 


1 ciabatta loaf

80g butter, at room temperature

3 large garlic cloves, crushed

175g pre-grated pizza cheese blend

50g pepperoni slices

200g cherry tomatoes, halved

20g rocket leaves

Olive oil, to drizzle


Method Steps : 


Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Use a large serrated knife to cut ciabatta in half horizontally. Mix the butter and garlic in a small bowl until combined. Spread over cut sides of ciabatta.


Sprinkle 125g cheese evenly over the ciabatta. Top with pepperoni and tomato then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.


Place the pizzas on a baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese has melted. Set aside to cool slightly then top with rocket and drizzle over oil to serve.
