Little Caramilk nests

Ingredients : 


180g pkt Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, chopped

2 tbsp coconut oil

125g (3 1/2 cups) Rice Bubbles

45g (1/2 cup) desiccated coconut

4 x 41.5g packets Cadbury Mini Eggs, to decorate


Method Steps : 


Line twelve 80ml (1/3 cup) muffin pans with paper cases.


Place the Caramilk chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Melt, stirring occasionally, until smooth and combined.


Combine the Rice Bubbles and coconut in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the Caramilk mixture and stir to combine. Spoon mixture evenly among paper cases. Use a teaspoon to hollow out the centre slightly to create a ‘nest’. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.


Lift nests from muffin pan. Add 3-4 eggs to each nest, and serve.
